Always quick with the numerous machines and I've only had to wait for a machine twice in the 2 plus years I have been going. The days I go are on Saturday or Sunday, not sure how busy the other days are. The establishment is always clean, which I appreciate as a customer. They have a rewards app that you earn credit for for using the machines and is simple to setup. We have all downloaded an app before so this one was no different. They also offer laundry services as well.

I have been coming here for a couple of months. I recently couldn't finish putting in my money.
The owner Johnathan was kind enough to respond to a note I left within less than 24 hrs he called informing me he wanted to make it right. It was only a couple of dollars but he gave me a free washer. I like coming here then the Washhouse.

Recently visited while Owner was present and my experience was a Delight! Very Friendly Owner, EXECELLENT customer service, extremely clean and neat with digital washers/dryers, and coin change machine. Set up wash style the way you like with the digital washers and dryers. Just slide your payment card and wash and dry. It was a delight! The owner even provided a Large Laundry Bag that came in handy in addition to my baskets. Certainly, I will use Express Coin Laundry again when needed and recommend it to everyone!
